Vegan Coconut Tofu Soup Recipe


Coconut Tofu Soup or “TOM KHA TOFU “is a very popular Vegan Thai Coconut
Tofu Soup. Rich and creamy with coconut milk, this flavorful soup is made with herbs
and spices. Savory with just the right amount of sour with fresh lime juice.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tofu cut in cubes
  • 1/2 cup of sliced onions
  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of green onions
  • 1/2 cup of cilantro
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of Try My Thai TOM YUM Paste

Process:

  1. Boil water and coconut milk
  2. Add TOM YUM Paste
  3. Add sliced onions and let it boil
  4. Add tofu and let it boil
  5. Add mushrooms
  6. Add green onions and cilantro and turn off the heat
  7. Squeeze fresh lime juice
  8. Season with salt
